(projects in grocery sacks) This is a challenge the quilt club has each year. You pick a
project you want to do or finish before the next July. This was mine for 2016. When you
sign up you pay 1 fat quarter to join. If you do not complete the project you are fined 3 fat
quarters. If you complete your name goes into a drawing for ALL the fat quarters. I actually
won this year. 20 beautiful fat quarters to add to my stash.
The butterfly was done in a class at Des Moines AQS show. This was my last years PIGS
and I did not get it completed in time, so paid 3 fat quarters. Finished it about a month ago.
Haven't been able to do a lot of stitching recently as DH has had some health issues and I had to
have a back surgery, so spend time taking care of me and DH.
